These days, opposite to other popular devices such as smartphones, software modules and apps are not easily transferable between robot platforms and between diferent applications, even for the same platform. euROBIN’s main goal is to develop methods and software modules that foster modularity, reusability and transferability in robot systems.
euROBIN Coopetitions will be used as a way to leverage this goal by motivating international teams to develop their solutions to handle three application domains in a way that supports and pushes euROBIN’s goal.
